Shipping

How long will it take to receive my order?

Most orders ship within 24 hours. We use USPS (United States Parcel Services) ground for the Continental U.S. and USPS Priority mail for Alaska, Hawaii, P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO Boxes and addresses outside the United States. Normal shipping time within the continental U.S. is from 1 to 6 days depending upon your address.

Shipping Internationally

We use UPS to ship internationally. Shipment costs and times can vary significantly. In a effort to reduce shipment costs, we suggest international shoppers purchase more than one bottle at a time.

Returns

Here at Capital City, LLC, we are sure that you will be happy with your purchase. However, if for any reason you are not satisfied we will give you a full refund. Simply return the unused, unopened product to us within 14 days of purchase. Return shipping charges are paid for by the customer.

There are no refunds after 14 days from the date of delivery.

All returned merchandise must include the original package containing the unopened merchandise received. Additionally, we do ask that the return shipment be sent in the same shipping box and include the same packaging materials that were used to ship your merchandise to you.

Please include a brief note explaining the reason for the return when sending a digital picture, and specify whether you are requesting a replacement or a refund.
